1. Upload the entire `database-for-cf7` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
3. You will find `Database` under the `Contact` menu in your WordPress admin panel.

In the admin page, under CF7 `Contact` menu
= What is the name of the table where the data is stored? =
`wp_cf7db`
Note: if you changed your WordPress MySql table prefix from the default `wp_` to something else, then this table will also have that prefix instead of `wp_`
= If I uninstall the plugin, what happens to its data in the database? =
By default the plugin delete all its data if you uninstall it.
You can always deactivate the plugin without loosing data.
